Story Night

Celebrate International Women's day with like-minded women in the IT industry.

Speakers from different areas within the  IT and startup industry of Sweden have been invited to share their own personal stories. Find out who they are, what they are doing and what they like the most about working within the IT business.

This is a night of celebration, networking and inspiration.

All you need to know

The event takes place at Minc, Malmö, which is a stonethrow away from Anna Lindhs plats, Malmö Central train station.

Women and transgender people of all ages are welcome to the event. You don't have to be working in the industry to attend, as long as you are up for a night of celebration and inspiration.

Food and drinks will be provided and of course the event is completely free of charge.

Stina Sjökvist
Application Consultant at Consafe Logistics

Stina has a master of Science in Engineering Mathematics and works with setting up, testing and supporting the warehouse management system for costumers' new warehouses around the world. Most of Stina's work is done from the office, but visiting customers is part of the job - something she considers fun and educational.

If you're curious about what it's like working in India - Stina is the right person to ask.

Software Developer at Lundalogik

A riding instructor that became horse photographer and then programmer because she wanted to create websites that could do stuff. Today she works as a web developer with a great passion for teaching and inspiring others to try programming. She will share her own story about how she ended up where she is today and her fight to bring the world of horses into the digital world.

Entrepreneur and Team Lead at Topp

When Anna graduated she had already started a couple of companies. Now she is Director for Team and Process at a design and innovation studio called Topp. She is also chairman of the board for Drivhuset Malmö and mentor for startups.

Project Manager at HiQ

Karin is an IT consultant with a background in Engineering Physics. She is passionate about the combination of leadership and working with interesting products and the latest technology - all together with clients in different industries with the digitalisation in common. Today she is a project manager at a large bank where critical functions are part of every project.
